Everything you need to know to start using the INFII services
Your onboarding starts by filling out our application form and complete the identification process. Averagely it takes 3-5 working days for INFII team to go through your application. Once the application is approved, you will receive instruction via email on paying onboarding fee and annual subscription fee. Once the payment is done and verified by emailing INFII team the proof of payment, the onboarding can be initiated.
We will need the copy of your company’s official formation documents, company website, proof of the business' physical address dated within the last 3 months, proof of Business Tax ID, and a picture of your government ID (passport, driver license or identification card).
As a regulated entity, we need to know who our members are. For this reason, we have to verify your identity before opening an account in your name. In some cases, we may require additional verification later on. Learn more about how INFII is regulated here
We charge an one-time off onboarding fee and annually billed subscription fee for the activated account. We also charged transaction fee and conversion fee based on the preset % offered in the solution you have selected.
For first time onboarding and annual subscription fee it is charged via offline transfer to the designated account INFII team provided. The deduction of following annual subscription fee will be billed and settled with user’s fiat account directly. If the fund is not sufficient by the time of billing, user will be provided 14 day(s) of grace period before the account is deactivated.

The account may still be reactivated without the need to recommence onboarding process during deactivated status. We will keep the data of deactivated account up to 3 year(s) before termination.
